Residency Blog: Hotel Sainte Valiere, France

In September 2017, I undertook a self-directed residency at Hotel Sainte Valiere in France. Here are some images and thoughts from my time in Sainte Valiere.

You can see wind turbines in all directions from Sainte Valiere. This region is know for its 13 winds (treze vents). Today we drove to the top of the mountain to find the site of the turbines. I shot this video from behind the hill, where only the turning blades could be seen from behind the foliage.
